When a major window and door manufacturer exited the BC market, it left more than a gap in supply—it left good people out of work and families facing uncertainty. But out of that setback came a bold new beginning. One of those displaced workers envisioned building something better—not just another company, but an opportunity. With a clear purpose and a commitment to doing things differently, Westeck was born. It started as a small, scrappy venture with one simple but powerful idea: listen to customers, then build what they truly need. That mindset became our DNA.

As we grew, we didn’t follow the market—we challenged it. Westeck introduced innovations that pushed beyond what the industry expected. We realized early on that homeowners and builders weren’t looking for one-size-fits-all white windows anymore. They wanted choice, design, and personality. So we gave them exactly that—color options, SDL, combo units, and more. The market responded. And as the appetite for modern windows grew, the demand for stylish, high-performance doors soon followed. We listened again—and delivered.

Fast-forward nearly 20 years, and Westeck has grown from a passionate start-up to a recognized leader in windows, doors, and patio openings. Our commitment to staying close to the people who use our products hasn’t changed. Customer feedback fuels our R&D, guiding the next generation of innovation.

Today, Westeck employs over 200 people, most of whom work at our Chilliwack headquarters. We have more than 14 sales professionals supporting customers across the Pacific Northwest. But beyond the numbers, it’s still about people—those who believed in this vision from day one, and those who carry it forward every day.

In 2024, we joined the newly formed All Weather Group, becoming its first acquisition. This partnership allows us to build on our momentum and stay focused on what we do best: delivering thoughtful, high-quality solutions for high-end residential construction and renovation.
