Surface texture
Thanks to advanced manufacturing technology, our wood-textured fiberglass skins provide the authentic look and feel of real wood without the maintenance concerns associated with traditional wood doors. The detailed grain patterns and rich texture deliver natural beauty while resisting the fading, rotting, warping, and deterioration that can occur with wood over time.
LVL lumber components
LVL (Laminated Veneer Lumber) is the strongest man-made wood material. We use the world’s first PVC LVL cap wrap with a tongue-and-groove rail lock system giving our doors a solid frame structure with complete moisture barrier.
Panel design
Our panel doors easily meet the demanding contractor and customer needs. The elegantly detailed architectural panels feature deep shadow lines that add to any home’s strong curb appeal.
Composite rails on all edges
Our fibreglass doors feature composite PVC rails that surround the perimeter of the panel making them 100% waterproof. The mortise and tenon joints also provide exceptional strength that prevents any movement of the door components.
Door core
Our door core is made of high-density CFC-free polyurethane foam, providing up to 6 times the insulation of a traditional wood door, as well as superior soundproofing.

Backed by a 15-year colour warranty on vinyl products, it helps maintain a vibrant, consistent finish for years to come. Heat-reflective pigments reduce heat absorption, even in darker colours, helping to enhance long-term performance.
This finish complies with FGIA/AAMA 615 and 625 performance standards and meets EPA safety requirements. It is non-toxic and free from lead, isocyanates, and NMP. At Westeck Windows & Doors, we use E-Coat Colourwise Performance Vinyl Diamond Coat to provide a high-performance, environmentally responsible finish.
